Our Story
Founded by local baker Mike Denny, Leucadia Sourdough started from a simple love for naturally fermented bread and the craft behind it.
What began as loaves baked for friends and family grew into a small batch bakery rooted in the Leucadia community. Every loaf is fresh milled, naturally fermented, and baked by hand using simple ingredients and traditional methods.
We believe good bread takes time. No unnecessary fillers or shortcuts. Just quality ingredients, slow fermentation, and care put into every loaf.
From classic sourdough to flavors like jalapeño cheddar and everything bagel, our bread is made to be part of everyday life. Toast in the morning, sandwiches at the beach, or shared around the table with friends.
